WiiFlow won't rip anything, or play Wii games

I apologize if this has been covered before, but I have searched for it and haven't been able to find anyone with quite my problem.

I am using a Wii that has been set up to have it boot straight into WiiFlow, and it was working perfectly for quite some time (with both Wii and GameCube games, both for ripping and playing)

Recently, it has stopped playing Wii games (GameCube games still work fine at this time), and it will not rip anything (it says it is out of nand space...says 0 blocks free). I have tried setting WiiFlow to all the different nand emulation modes, and they all return with not enough space (0 blocks available). I have not changed anything in the Wii since it was working, so I am not sure what would have changed (though the problems started when I accidentally booted the Wii without the SD card in. It rebooted into the Wii system menu after WiiFlow failed to load). According to the Wii's memory manager, there is still plenty of space on the nand (2020 blocks, to be exact), there is lots of room on the hard drive I am using (900 gb free), and the SD card still has 1.7 of 1.8 gb free. HDD is formatted to FAT32.
