Using usb or pro controller on Wii games?

I know you can use a pro controller and any usb controller with GAMECUBE games using nintendont and its amazing playing melee with a pro controller or gc controller adapter with sunshine is there a way to do this with wii games? i was told to use wiiflow but im not sure its hard playing brawl on wii u with a wii remote or classic controller and their limited battery
