cannot write to/read from wii sytem memory
I have a harmodded and softmodded wii.i .have a wasabi dx chip.Im trying to load games from usb but im getting the error "cannot write to/read from wii sytem memory" and the wii crashes.im trying them on wiiflow,configurable usb loader and usb loader gx but all with the same problem.i also see that nwiiflow is the only one that picks up all the games.any help would be greatly appreciated

Problem with USB Loader GX
When I add to my drive (formatted to WBFS) the game is not recognized on the loader screen.
However, it recognizes another game that I added.
The only difference between them is their size when I add them to the WBFS Manager, the one without the recognition problem is 3.93 GB and the one I'm having problems is 0.32 GB. Now, their file sizes, however, are a bit more than 4 GBs.
What is curious is that before updating to the lastest USB Loader GX, I didn't experience this problem.
So, any leads on what is going on? Should I install a previous version of usb loader GX?

Save states on virtual console?
I want to use save states on an n64 vc game. I don't like the n64 emulator..is there a homebrew app or anything similar that will let me use save states on virtual console games? An idea I had in mind would be to save state with a direction on the dpad on gc/classic controller and load state with another direction on the dpad.

Wad's not loading
Hi I get Homebrew station on! Save back up to Nand! When I load Wad's they get ticket but do not load! Only Shopping Channel loads No31 out of 32 can't understand why! Doing this from Hack pack 2 for 4.3e

Hey guys, i have a problem all the guides say to use hermes v4 to install 249 as 223 222 merged with 37 and 38. Hermes does not work over the internet but just that version. The V5 worked perfect. I keep getting the 002 blue screen error and i really want to play this game :/

Mario Kart Wii/Black Ops
Not sure if this post is going to go against the rules, so i'm just going to go for it. I downloaded ISO's for both Mario Kart Wii and Black Ops. So far I've only tried out Black Ops, and have noticed I can't go to the multiplayer part. The real reason I even downloaded the game was for combat training. Is there a way around this that doesn't involve buying the game?
The reason I brought up Mario Kart at all was that it had a pretty big online portion of the game, and I kind of figured it would be the same way as Black Ops.

I got one of them sundrivers but the teeth that the ribbon for the DVD drive connects to on the sundrive are all mashed up.
How easy is it to fix?

USB Hard Drive Won't Shut Down With Wii
Howdy. Long time reader, first time poster. Thanks in advance for any help.
I have been using USB loaders for quite a while now, and my current hard drive will never spin down when the Wii is turned off. Yes, I've disabled WiiConnect24 and the Wii's light turns red when turned off. But the little light on my Seagate GoFlex (USB 3.0 version) stays on. I can feel the drive continuing to vibrate slightly and it stays warm. Does anyone else have this problem? Are there other AC-powered hard drives that will consistently power on and off with the Wii? Or is it always better to use a USB-powered hard drive?

Wii No DVD rom problem
Hi All,
My DVD was nackered so I removed it from the Wii unit.
Is there a way to play games from the USB drive with a DVDrom installed. Everytime I try & load a game from WiiFlo or USB Loader GX I just the the black screen
*An error has occurred eject disc wii*
How can I get past this?

dios mios
I followed the softmod guide from mauifrog and then installed dios mios 2.4 and when ever I try to play a GC game from SD its says " incorrec config version please update your loader. thats when using usb loader 3.0 or wiiflow w/e onw is linked in mauifrog guide. are there settings in these loaders i need to change or is it simply i dont have a GC controller plugged in? sorry for bad grammar esl.

Dios Mios Lite & Phantasy Star Online
I have been trying to get this to work for the last couple days with no success.
I have 4.3U installed for the last year and only recently found out about dios mios being able to go online with PSO (I have PSO I+II Plus to be specific)
I'll take you through the steps i've done and maybe someone can tell me where I went wrong...
I create an iso with my PSO disc (yes I have a physical copy) with Clean Rip then run it through DMToolbox that came packed with Dios Mios Lite. I copy the file back over to my SD card(tried with both an 8GB SanDisk & 16 GB PNY with no success). Then proceed to boot it in Neogamma ver R9 b56. First few times I tried it told me it could not detect a WBFS partition. So format my card to FAT32 cluster size 32k and create a 1.5 GB partition with EASEUS Partition Master. I copy the files back over to the SD and try again. I have the iso in a folder titled "games" on the root of the SD card. Now when instead of it saying it could not detect a partition, the words just flash really quick but it does not detect the PSO iso. I have also tried Wiiflow (the wii doesn't even detect this on my card) and Devolution with no success. I do not have free external drive to use GX Loader at this time.
If anybody could help me out with this I would be much appreciative.

Made the mistake of updating Wii. Need help with new softmod.
So I hadn't used my Wii in about a year and went to watch something on Netflix, but it required me to update to do it. It updated my console but not the application and is currently preventing me from updating the application. I went back to this tutorial (http://www.wiihacks.com/tutorial-arc...d-any-wii.html) but my Wii will not even open the boot.elf for me to get started with the mod.
Currently, all I really want to use my Wii for is Netflix so if there is another .wad file I can just download and install to completely bipass the channel store, that'd be great but I would like to eventually be able to play my game backups again.
Any ideas?

skylanders giants,portal doestn't sync with wii
hey everybody, i downloaded skylanders giants PAL and the game is working, it starts up and everything, but i can't seem to get the portal to sync up with the wii,anybody got any solutions? I googled a bit and found out you have to change the IOS to 222 instead of 249 wich I did, but still have the same sync problem, anybody got the same problem or solution for it?
